Which room, what time of day, and how long it has been like that. If there is equipment in it, say what and roughly how much — the labels have the figures and they change what we bring.

Who we come out to
Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Milpitas and north San Jose. If you are just outside that, ask — the answer depends on the week rather than on the boundary.
If the room has an uptime requirement
Say so in the first line. If it is a genuine data room we will tell you on the telephone that it is not our trade, which saves you a visit and saves us both a conversation later.
